Cravings
I gave in to my cravings. I ordered some Insomnia Cookies. I thought I was going to pig out but I only ate one because I was full.
I also ordered some alcohol. I had one of those canned margaritas lol. But I seldomly drink so I can't handle alcohol well. I started to feel a little buzzed after drinking half of a can and switched over to water.
I also did some meal prepping. I made overnight oats for the week. I also made butter chicken for lunch. I didn't meal prep dinner yet because I have some leftovers. I'm wondering how the butter chicken will taste. Butter chicken is my favorite dish at Indian restaurants. I made butter chicken once 2-3 years ago in my slow cooker. It was decent, but it wasn't anything like the dish I used to order from my favorite restaurant. The one I made this evening was a different recipe. I know it won't taste exactly the same because the butter chicken I used to order was made with chicken thighs. This recipe uses chicken breasts. But it will be interesting if the sauce tastes similar or not.
I turned the super bowl off after the chiefs tied it up. I am about to go to sleep. I don't care who wins. I'm guessing I lean towards the niners even though I hate the Niners.

I have made butter chicken too.....I never had it before but Pillsbury gave me recipe and I needed something to use for chicken that was pretty easy to make.....it was not the best stuff I have ever had....I think it lacked flavors I wanted....I wanted more spicy but it is a very bland meal....
Chiefs won.....I was happy.....just did not closely follow much of the game and missed most of half time show too....but I am not into that type of music that they featured....

No Insomnia cookies are called that because they are open until 3 am depending on the location. From what I understand it started on
the Upenn college campus where people who get the munchies could order late at night.
But they are just regular cookies. They come warm and you can get things like cookie ice cream sandwiches.
oh that is cool....we have a place here called Hot Box Cookies.....they are expensive but they are good too....and fresh....
Yeah we have another place here in Virginia called Midnight Treats. Their cookies look to be so much thicker but their menu is smaller. Have you heard of Crumbl Cookies? They are very popular on social media.
