WOW!!!! Crazy things have been going on. Looks like we are buying a house!!! HE were thinking we would only qualify for about 1/3 of what we did qualify for. Teh first bank we talked to didnt know whatg they were talking about. We end up qualifing for a FHA loan after all. We are happy. We can live way closer to DH's work than we thought! Im so excited. So stressed about looking. SInce DH travels alot I have to do everything and with Ian its hard. But we have less than 90 days to find somthing!!I know the lord is in control. He always is. We are saving like crazy so we can put as much don as possible. We are hoping to have our tax return by the end of the month. That will make me feel so much better since we are usuing it to go with our downpayment. Wish us luck on the search!!

Yahoooo! That\'s so exciting! Good luck looking and don\'t be afraid to grab a realtor...they are on top of things now!! Ours found us a house in about a month...got them down $20k and then we got them down another $10k...
That\'s awsome you got them down that much. I\'m hoping we can do something like that. Was is a regular sale or forclosure? Of course we are looking in the most expensive county in the country! But its close to dh\'s work. Hoping we can find a good deal and make some money
