CPC exam has been pushed aside until Late July early august....
this to let everyone know that my journey to get my CPC certification (medical coding certification) has been pushed until late July early august. I need to concentrate on paying my car off - the last payment is May 9! I now owe less than $1000.00 on the car. I wish I can pay it off now. I will have $260.00 freed from my finances.
Money is the issue: $250.00 for the 3 required books, $150.00 for the AAPC membership (still have my # with them so when Im ready, I will do this 1st - I need this to get my discount for the certification exam). $300.00 for the actual test. Plus another $40.00 for the certification review book with CD (2011 edition). I am toally ready to take it.
this is the last journal entry until I am ready and bought the books and have the CD for review. Maybe my former teacher has a copy to download on my computer or laptop. I do have the 2008 edition on my laptop. I am looking forward to learning about all the changes.

I understand why you would push it back. Money is an issue with me. My car will be paid off soon too and I will have some extra money each month. I\'m going to put a lot of it into savings for repairs. I think you are doing just fine. Hang in there, it will come to you.
