Covert computer harrassment

years of deleted emails, deleted work files, emails I did not send but somehow were sent by 'me', contacts that send stuff then disappear. He had entered my house during a protection order and installed remote access. Went to police, called FBI, spent thousands of dollars reformatting, changing passwords. No validation from anyone. 'Can't prove it was him'. Remote access has his fricken name on it.
