Its been the 7 day deadline for her to sign the quick claim deed. she did not show, even after 6 attempts from my attorney. Now I meet with him to discuss the next step. Its not good for her, it shows her true self right now. a big f u to the judge and me.

Hey, don\'t pound the judge - he can issue an Order, but he can\'t make anyone DO anything. However, there are severe penalties for the folks who are dumb enough to DEFY court orders. You just have to persevere in this. It\'s a royal PAIN, but sometimes just part of the muck and mire of divorce.
I agree with Kathi - when my neighbor thing came to a head, the JUDGE smacked him down... hasn\'t bothered me since. So sit back, and wait... this all works out better for you in the long run.

I agree with KRKing. The ex wife was giving the judge and mrstrenght a big fU. The judge is not going to like this at all. She will get a stern warning if not a fine.
yes she was, I found out that she sent it in the mail that evening before midnight post mark, and the attorney got it today, as far as I know is filled out correctly, but yesturday was exciting, power was turned off, internet off, she had my phone number removed again from the mortgage co. and she cancelled the health insurance, found that out due to my son being sick. Alot of clean up and confusion with all involved , except for my X. She is Sick. On a better note I am moving foward emotionaly, still cant watch romantic movies, listen to music we loved , but bracing for her hurtfull attacks that will come when she figures out she lost every thing close to her...maybe she will not.
