court July 2 2012
well went to court, the judge really does not like my wife, he is on her all the time, "what do you want", "you called this so..." Maybe he justs sees through this, maybe the suicide attempt with the minor he just does not have any patience for her. Rightfully so.
today she was all about having a disadvantage because she could not get an attorney, she has no money, and questioning where my money is coming from, where are the cars, what can she sell furniture ...its all money!
I went on the stand and answered the questions of the cars ( all sold) the money I have borrowed to fight this and keep my son safe. When she kept pressing the issue of money...I had it..." you are more interested in the money then our son" "disgusting"
I went into the suicide attempt, the jobs lost, the no money, the caring for her, my son , the bills etc and that she has no idea of what she has put us through. I broke down and with tears rolling down, and how she could have possible done this to our son! And when I was done, she questioned about a truck I own. I could not believe it, I really could not. The judge was very decent with me. I had all the other people in the court room in utter silence and shock. I was excused off the stand, and he orderd custody and the house to me. I was overwhelmed and the tears came out, I could not stop them as hard as I tried. I was thinking , no one won here, my son is without his mother, the love from her was so strong 1 year ago, she took such great care of him and his needs. To hear her in the court room today, that beautiful woman and wife is gone.
I am now making plans and packing to move back, it is very sureal that this is whats happening. I am wondering what will happen when my wife has to leave the house that she has known for 18 years behind and leave, will she leave?? or do I need to get the police?? will she attempt on that day?? a thousand different thoughts. I am going to have the police there as an escort, just in case. I do not want to walk in to a suprise.

Wow. What a turn of events. Way to stay strong for your son. So glad that the judge saw the real truth in this situation.
I hope that once you get back into your home, you and your son can find some peace. You definitely deserve it!
PS. I would absolutely bring the police with you when you take back the house. I wouldn\'t trust her. She is likely to try to do something drastic or accuse you of something else. Having the police there will help stop the drama.
Stay strong!
Sending thoughts of strength and support your way too! Hang in there - you\'re beginning to move forward!
ABSOLUTELY HAVE THE POLICE THERE, in fact you may even want to consider a temporary restraining order against her coming near you, your son,or the house,at least until divorce is final....Your doing fine, stay strong.
