court done... went well!

It was hard hearing my wife and attorney say I wouldn't give my daughter good care and that I haven't.  But I got my turn.  The only thing my wife really ever said I didn't do was give her baths... well in the marriage she did that while I was doing dishes really. She mentioned I was at grad school and freemasons alot. Well, I still took care of my family despite school taking alot of time. Freemasons is 2 hrs twice a month... she always hated it... so controlling.
I talked about how I made almost every meal, when she was a baby I did her 2am feedings half the time, I dressed and took her to daycare every day, I took her to all her swimming and gymnastics classes, etc. Their cries of me not being there were unfounded.
So I got 50-50 shared placement. I also got an agreement on my cousin's wedding on my stbx's weekend. She stumbled when saying why she didn't want me to take her there. She lost that battle too.
I am happy. She is here with me now. I am going to go play matchbox cars with her hehe she is calling me
