Court again

I went to court again yesterday and he is now not going to plead guilty.  He has decided to fight it.  So now this entire time was just a ruse to put this all off.  Jury trial date is set for September 16th.  this is almost exactly 3 years to the day that my daughter told me what he'd been doing to her.  3 whole years.  Now I have a date for when I must feed my daughter to the wolves because that is the right thing to do.  That is messing with my mind like nothing else.  I finally made some headway to now go right back down to where I was.  This whole Plea thing was a game to him.  As he and his sister walked by me, she smirked.  Like a " haha" type of thing.  She is just as sick as he is.  Now I'm back to struggling with thoughts of the razor blade.
