Coumadin
So started back on the Coumadin @ 7.5 mg on Wednesday nite with instructions to check my PT/INR Saturday A.M. Yea don't have to worry about my INR being to high LOL it was 0.9 this morning so have a ways to go before it's at the range of 2-2.5. Guess that is OK. Still a bit nervous about even being back on the Coumadin with the brain bleed still there. However the MRA didn't show any signs of where it came from so they are calling it a spontaneous bleed not originating from any arteries or veins specifically. Guess that's good. Still hanging in there trying to learn to function with my visual deficits, Got my application in for Social Security Disability, and am in the process of transferring my short term disability benefits to long term benefits from my job. Yea about the time I started that paperwork I got an official notice from them they were Terminating me. OK so i kind of expected that one but I guess getting the letter made things kind of final. And for those of you who know me yes I am in Denial. Anyway that's what's happening up on my hill

Yeah, I bet getting that letter was sort of weird, knowing it\'s going to happen and then there it is in black and white. Guess you close that chapter and start a new one but I imagine there\'s a little grieving involved in that. It\'s different leaving work on your own terms vs being told to leave.
Seems no matter where you are in life, there\'s always something to adapt to and to just figure out.
Glad you\'re doing ok!
Oh, I\'m sorry about all you\'re dealing with. It seems a bit harsh to send out a letter saying you\'re being terminated when you\'re already working on things from the disability end of things and while you probably didn\'t have any ideas realistically of getting back, it\'s just different to have it there in a letter. I\'m sorry. I hope things are going okay aside from that and you\'re having some progress in working around your vision changes. You\'re such a positive person with so much filling your life, I know you\'ll successfully navigate all of this in the end, and you\'ll be fine, but the transition can be such a difficult thing. I\'ll keep some positive thoughts for you!
