Couldn\'t resist the temptation!

So I took one of those darn HPTs that has been calling my name!  I am 6 days past a 5 day transfer and it was POSITIVE!  But, I can't remember if my IVF nurse told me not to take an HPT because it could give me a false positive or false negative?????  Do any of you know of someone that took a test and got a false positive?   Just can't bring myself to get too excited about this until my beta on Monday.  I don't want to tell DH because he will be soooo mad that I took one.
