could they be wrong??/

So i went and got my test results back everything looks good glucose, liver, iron, kidney etc but what i surprised  at is my pregnancy test came back neg. Im 100% sure im pregnant that i even brought a home pregnancy but that came back neg 2. i just dont understand my period is alomost 2 weeks late ive been feeling sick n bloated tired all the time and peeing every 5 minutes. Im so confused. Could these tests be wrong?
