that's all i've done for the past 4 or 5 days. just drainage and cough. cough and drainage...
but hubby just came home and said he was going to get ice cream and cookeis. I am really needing a PICK ME UP... so i told him to go get it if he wanted. lol.
sometimes i just need chocolate and something like ice cream. we concentrate on eating well almost all the time... and sometimes / very rarely/ we are just sick of it. ... so we break down and go get ice cream and cookeis.
LOL. i already feel a little better knowing he is going to go get some.
i can count on one hand the times i eat sugar in a month... but when i do... i enjoy the heck out of it.

Sometimes I use chocolate as an emotional band aide. I do tend to confuse my husband because I tell him if I ever ask him to buy me some chocolate don't do it. However when the occasional time arises , I insist that he buy me some. He says no like I instructed him to do, but then I persist and he surrenders. Crazy bitch of a wife lol! Oh dear.
