Couch dutie
For those who don't know what couch dutie is it is when the migrain is so bad that even with all my pain meds I can't move around very much or the pain will be through the rough .......so I have to be on my couch untill it desided to let me go ......I can't lay dowen because it will cause a lot of pain and will go over the top then to so om my couch I have a recliner and I can lean back a little about 6 inches just enough to keep me on the couch and not falling off and I can have my legs raised I have been this way all day and all evening and it looks like I will be spending the night here to if this migrain ever goes away I will be impressed ...I might be trying for a record it started last fall so it is 1 year now .same migrain just going up and dowen in intensity but always with me at some leaves of pain ......I had one for 3 years befor ...I realy don't care to beat my record ........it would just so nice if it would break .....

***Sweetie so very sorry u know I know how it feels mine got bad for last 3 days has knocked my health flat down can\'t sleep at all bad news is the neurologist I had just had 3rd & final visit with him as he said there\'s really not much i can do anymore for u hmmmmm doesn\'t that sound like he\'s giving up on me & what abt the mass i still have in my brain oh well said they want to wait for it to explode before they do anything i will keep on getting thru this will not let it beat be down no matter who gives up it won\'t be me....
Hope you get some relief from yours I know just a tiny bit of break would be nice mines coming up on 9 years. ***Soft Hugs***
