Corn Harvest! :) New Garden Video! :) Picked Peaches, and Pears too! :)

HAPPY HARVEST SUNDAY!!! :) CORN! PEARS! PEACHES!!! :) WOOT!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET NATURE-EEE DAY!!! :) i love it!!! :) It's a day of wholesome harvests, as we enjoy these golden days of summer :) today, i'm harvesting corn, pears, and some peaches :) i want to make some peach iced tea, using slices of peaches from our peach harvest :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) These are some of the most amazing, enjoyable, and rewarding days of the gardening season journey :) i made a garden harvest video today, and i took lots of new pictures :) the sunflowers are spirit dancing in the gardens with golden sunshine all around :) This is so beautiful! :) i'm so happy, delighted, and thrilled, to share my new garden video, and pictures :) i cooked some nice soup today, and i also been watching some of my new dvds this afternoon :) Holly and i are watching 2 episodes of the walking dead, season 2, and we're also gonna watch the new episode of fear the walking dead, tomorrow night :) We're so excited too, about new episodes of ghost hunters :) This weekend, is rocking and sunshine rolling!!! :) woot!!! :) i'm gonna be enjoying some writing time, this upcoming week, plus some nature walks, and we're ready to welcome the month of September :) i'm bringing out my "Fall harvest" banner, and my scarecrow decoratives :) There's lots more wonderful times to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :) Thank you angel friends, for the joy you all bring to our days, and our lives :) We love you! :) iced tea CHEERS!!! to the harvesting season! :)
SWEET JOYS OF SUMMER HARVESTS! :) Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day :) There's lots of golden spirit of summer time, and soon, the fall season will be approaching :)The spirit in the air, is incredible! :) i've been thinking of you all often today, and i've got lots to share, including a sweet, CORN HARVEST, picking some PEACHES, and PEARS too! :) wow! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) my family and i are enjoying a great day :) Lisa and Alyssa went over to mcdonalds this morning, and picked up some treats for us :) i got a nice iced tea with lemon :) CHEERS! :) it's nice, and refreshing, on a beautiful golden summer day :) our plants are flourishing so nicely, and on a sweet sunny day like this, i love to blossom into our gardens, checking the plants, tending them, and soaking up that sunshine with the sunflowers :) Lots of wonderful sunny smiles being shared :)
i've been looking forward to some sweet wholesome harvests :) i have harvested corn, and i also picked some pears, and some peaches :) During this time in the season, those cute little rascals squirrels, tend to begin to help themselves to lots of goodies growing in our yard, and garden. i noticed in recent days, the squirrel had been taking some of our corn, and pears. i thought it would be a good time, to blossom into some harvesting, before he got all of the fruit, and corn! oh my! i harvested our corn, and also have picked some peaches, and pears too :) they are good, and ready to be picked :) i've been thinking about that wonderful popcorn i want to make, for october, some nice fresh popcorn from our garden, and i've also wanted to try to make some peach iced tea, using some slices of peaches, from our garden :) i'm going to brew the tea, add in some slices of peaches, and then going to pour it over ice :) The harvesting season, is very wholesome :) we've got string beans, tomatoes, peppers, and also gourds growing too :) i want to pick a gourd soon ,to put on my table here, for my fall season decorations :) i've been walking all around our yard, and gardens today, and also gave our plants, a nice watering :) they soak up the water nourishment :) i love spending time in our gardens, with the plants :) They are very happy, and healthy :)
CORN HARVEST! :) an amazing gardening experience! :) Greetings, from our yard, and gardens, on this wonderfully wholesome day. :) The golden days of summer gardening! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled to share with everyone, this cool new video i made, featuring our corn harvest :) from a packet of corn seeds, into some nice planters in our garden greenhouse, sprouts, and into our garden, our corn grew and grew, and now it's time for a wholesome harvest :) i am smiling and smiling! :) i'm going to make popcorn, with the corn, like i did last year :) i made this video today, showing the corn harvest, and talked about the process, of drying it, and making homemade popcorn with the corn, once it's dried :) i had a sweet time, making this video :)

The Gardening season, is such a sweet joy :) over the past few seasons, we've began to grow corn :) i remember one year, we drew corn, in planters, followed by growing the corn, in rows, in our garden :) last year, i dried the corn, and made popcorn with it :) i got inspired by this, when in 2007, our dear friends Arlene and her family in Vermont, sent us some dried corn cobs, from a country store, and i remember being so fascinated, by how the corn popped right off the cob, in the paper bag :) last year, my dad and i took the corn cobs, from our garden, and we popped popcorn, and i remember us eating some of the popcorn, and it was so nice, and delicious :) i just knew, we'd be growing corn again this season :)
During the spring season, i bought a packet of sweet corn seeds :) i remember during spring time, having our garden greenhouse open, getting some planters, soil, and those golden bright, sunny spring days, and i began to plant corn seed in our greenhouse :) within a week, we began to see some sprouts :) so cool! :) the corn sprouts grew and grew, and during the memorial day holiday weekend, i remember transplanting the corn sprout, when they were about, 4 inches tall :) i used my garden digger, to plant 2 rows of corn :) it was so neat to see, how the corn plant's roots, grew so nicely in the small planters, and it felt great, to be planting the plants into the soil. :) Corn plants, love to cross-pollenate, so it's nice, to plant the corn plants close together :)
Our corn plants began to grow more and more, and as the summer season arrived, the corn plants were growing quite tall, and began to grow this blossom like top, to the plants. :) the corn plants grew taller than me, and i remember seeing a small little area of the planter, beginning to grow a bit more, and it was corn, beginning to grow :) COOL!!! :) i always gave the corn plants, a really good soaking, and noticed how much, they loved getting lots of water :) on summer days, as the corn plants were so tall, i remember walking in our garden, next to the plants, and felt like i was walking in our very own corn field :) awww! :) it's a pure joy, seeing the corn grow :) in recent week, i noticed, Mr. Nut Squirrel was paying a visit, to our garden, and was going after our corn plants, he took some of the corn, and i knew i'd have to harvest the corn earlier than last year, because the squirrel would have ended up taking all of the corn. i harvested the rest of our corn, and i'm so happy, and thrilled, to begin the process, of letting the corn dry :)
i keep the corn in the husks, for a couple weeks, this begins the process of drying, and i also love to let the corn sit outside, to get some fresh air, as it begins to dry :) i am going to take the corn out of the husks, soon, and then will put the corn cobs, into a zip lock bag, with it open, and will keep the corn half of the bags, and within 3 to 4 weeks, it will be fully dried, and then will be ready, to pop :) i'll make another video, as i make popcorn, with the dried corn cobs :) it's gonna be so nice, making the popcorn, watching football, movies, and thinking back, to the joys of gardening season :) i'm very happy, and excited, to have this nature, and gardening experience, and i love sharing it with everyone, and all of the very special memories being made :) nature, and gardening is very wholesome, and rewarding :) from seed to sprout, to a full grown plant, to a full harvest :) it's super mega sweet awesome! :) each year we grow corn now, i always can't wait to grow more and more, the next season :)

We're enjoying a beautiful sunday! :) GOLDEN DAYS OF SUMMER! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) i've mentioned to a few friends, that my mom's been having some tooth pain in recent days, and finally was able to get her pain med prescription. She's hoping to make an appointment, this early upcoming week, to have a tooth removed. i'll keep everyone updated. She's been so strong, in recent days, and is feeling better this weekend :) it's been a great weekend, with lots going on, and so much more, to look forward too :)Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes, of the walking dead, season 2. : )We have the dvd set :) We're also gonna watch the new episode of fear the walking dead, tomorrow night, on amazon instant video :) we love the shows :) It's gonna be a big week, welcoming the month of September :) amazing, how we're only a few weeks away, from fall season arriving :) i'm going to bring out my fall harvest banner, and some scarecrows decoratives, this upcoming week :) i'll also be enjoying some nature walks, tending our plants, gardening, sweet treats tuesday, super wednesday post office adventure, ghost hunters party, and lots more, leading us into our 1st, countdown to fall season, themed baking friday adventure :) Life is very wonderful, each day, is a gift, treasure, and blessing :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are so nice, sweet, and very wonderfully generous :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HAPPY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)

CORN! :) i harvested corn :) i'm going to dry the corn, and will make popcorn with it :) it's gonna be so nice :) we got a nice harvest :) i'm so glad, i harvested the corn, as the squirrels were beginning to take the corn. i'll have some popcorn to make, in late september/early october :) the corn will air dry, and then will be ready to be popped, in a paper bag :) the corn will pop, right off the cob :) i'm so proud to see the corn :) it grew :) wow!!! i love gardening! :)


Peaches! :) i picked a few peaches, and will be making some peach iced teas :)
Pears! :) The pears are golden, and so juicy delicious :)
