BDT is Facilitation designed to improve the capacity of your company to grow and flourish. On the other hand, PD Facilitation is Facilitation designed to deal with specific needs of your business. So, to start with, it's important that you understand exactly what BDT is and what it does. Interestingly, the effectiveness of the Training program must be verified. Most of all, each Training session must address the specific aims of the company.
