The sleek columns soar up to the roof, which shelters a second structure. The interplay between the two forms a framework of perfect proportion. The columns taper out at the top to join the edge beam in a pyramidal capital decorated in plant motifs. Perret intended this to be more than a simple capital, aiming to create a visual connection to finish the column, making it, with its shapely design and base, "an individual" that could, in his own words, be neither "lengthened or shortened".
An other terrestrial journey with our beloved friend Giaime Meloni. Our team, composed with Groupe Giboire , Barrault Pressacco, LM Ingénieurs, Espace Temps, BMF, Acoustique Conseil, Jean Chevalier, Simon Boudvin, has won the competition to build a housing tower in Paris 13. The construction process - using massive stones, hempcrete, wood and concrete - will be a first for a 50m height building. Our team, composed with Immobilière 3F and Demathieu Bard Immo , Baumschlager Eberle, Hardel Lebihan, Anne Demians, Nunc, Martin Duplantier, has won the competition to build around 350 apartments and offices in Palaiseau .

One extraordinary church entirely of pre-cast concrete which has been demolished, in 1996, was St Mary Magdalene and St Francis, Lockleaze, Bristol, by TH Burrough of 1956, again with an open campanile. However, the careful repair of the pioneering church at Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire, shows what can be done by a dedicated community proud of the one extraordinary building in its little town. An anticlastic shell may be made so that each line from edge to edge is actually a straight line or ‘ruled’ surface, making the often tricky formwork easier to develop from wooden planking and allowing the possibility of pre-stressing. The tensioning of the reinforcement rods, a development only just coming into British architecture in 1939, gave concrete roofs greater strength.
This highly mineral aspect gives the palace the air of a private mansion. The components of disposable income are disseminated over areas over households or more than people, provided that for each of the income components there are at least 11 households for which the component is non-zero. Three indicators are proposed for areas with more than 50 households or more than 100 people.
