Cooler?
Today is the start of a cool weather front if you can call 92 degrees cool.
Still it beats the 97-98 degrees we have been getting for the last week or so. I guess I should not complain. In the 70's I remember some parts of Texas were 100 degrees or better for over 30 days. We only had a few days of 100 plus back then. St.Louis can make things pretty steamy though, what with the high humidity.
I don't really deal with any of it anymore, though. I stay indoors on really hot days and get my exercise at Walmart which is also nice and cool...and level. With my ailments cool and level are good things. I just have to watch out for those folks in the motorized carts. They tend not to look where they are going.
I have just completed my walk at Walmart and once again emerged unscathed. Thought I would update my journal...I've been pretty lazy about it....so here you are.
I'm feelng well and hope you are too. Just be careful of the heat.
