COOL day! :) my best friend from high school visited, plus football season arrives! :)

A COOL REUNION VISIT!!! :) WOW! :) this was AWESOME!!! :) hi angel friends! :) i just gotta begin this journal, with a VERY COOL SHARING, of a reunion i had this morning, with my best friend Chris, who i went to high school with, from 1996 through 2000. :) Chris and i were best friends, and have remained friends over the years, he stops by to visit from time to time :) he and i caught up, on everything!!! :) from our Family Life, to Old School Memories, and even gave Chris a Tour of the Gardens! :) i mentioned you all often too! and how very special, and wonderful you all are :) i told Chris, "i really got into writing, over the years", and Chris told me all about his family, and how his son Jordan, is in high school now! :) WOW!!!! i remember when Jordan was born back in 1997, and Chris brought him up to the school, during our Sophomore year! :) absolutely amazing! :) my mom and Chris talked too :) such an awesome day! :) it's like a mini Norwich Tech Reunion!!! :)
Angel friends, wow! what a day! :) earlier this morning, shortly after 8:30am we had a knock on our door! :) my mom went to the door, and said, "oh, It's Chris N!" my friend Chris, who i went to high school with! :) wow! my mom and Chris were talking, and Chris and i shook hands, and gave a cool Bro Hug! :) Chris and i sat down under our front tree, and just began to talk, and talk, and talk! hehe! :) it was great!!! and also really surreal! :) Chris and i hadn't visited, since 2009, so this was really neat, and a great opportunity, to catch up :) Chris mentioned he was in Norwich, and his girlfriend was working at the Mohegan Sun, and he had some time, before going to pick her up from work :) Chris and i were talking about the good ole days of our high school days! :) it was COOL! :) from 1996 through 2000. :) i remember Chris and i became friends freshmen year, and really remained great friends, and best of friends :) even after high school, he's come by to visit, about 7 or 8 times over the years :) it was so nice, to talking with Chris :)
We shared a lot, about how our family's are doing :) Chris really surprised me, when he said, his son Jordan (who was born in 1997 when Chris was in sophomore) year, is now attending high school, the same high school we went too! :) it's really surreal! :) WOW! i said, "that's amazing!" :) i told Chris, about how i've been doing better over the years, getting into nature, gardening, writing, and working online, earning dollars online. :) he said, that's really cool :) i mentioned you all to Chris, and how you all are amazing friends, who i love to write too, every day, and how we get to correspond with friends, through the mail, and also how friends from DS have come to visit us over the years :)
We talked a lot also, about people we know, from school. Chris mentioned he's seen a few friends, and i also mentioned how i've seen some friends. we talked about friends too, from high school, that had passed on, and we shared memories of them, and how we remember when we went to school with them. Chris is doing really well. :) he said he and his girlfriend are staying with his mom, out in Baltic, CT :) now too far away :) Chris mentioned about us getting the "crew" back together :) oh my! :) yes, in high school, we were in a crew :) it was Chris, Me, Jahmal, Josue, and Juney (Rafael) :) we called ourselves, "the broke table" :) we became quite popular, and talked about my days selling beef jerky up at norwich tech :) it was always such fun times we had. :)
We also talked about our 2 shop instructions, Mr. Jones, Mr. Bell, Graphics communications, and how we ran the printing presses, and did print jobs for other schools, worked with dark-room plate making, and photography :) it was so nice, reminising about those days, and really cool, to think back, remembering them :) Chris and i talked about how over the years, we've changed, since our high school years, but always have remained our true selves :) very cool :) i showed Chris our gardens too :) he was amazed, to see the flowers, sunflowers, and gourds, and also the potatoes :) he was really impressed, that we grow many goods, that we harvest from our gardens :) it was really cool to me, getting to show Chris our plants, and gardens :) we visited for a few hours, which was really nice :) we had lots of catching up to do, and really enjoyed such a nice visit :) i gave Chris a dvd, called "remains", it's a zombies movie that was filmed in our city, i also gave him an extra paper copy i have, of our picture we got taken, in 1998, during one of the spirit pep rallys :) Chris was really happy i had extra copies of the picture :) this was really nice, visiting with my best friend from high school, Chris :) he said he will definitely stop by again to visit sometime :) i said, "cool!" :) We shook hands :) i'm really happy we got a chance to visit :)
HAPPY FOOTBALL SEASON!!! :) the season begins tonight, with Packers vs Seahawks! :) it's that time of the year! :)FOOTBALL IS BACK! :) we got gameday meal, snacks, and drinks! :) We're ready for some football, and this upcoming sunday, there's lots and lots of games! :) The football party's are on! :) Whooo!!! :) my family and i are enjoying a great day! :) i am very happy and excited! :) tonight, i'm gonna watch the 1st football game of the season :) it's gonna be a classic! :) i'm also getting my Redskins collectibles ready, and my Redskins RG3 jersey ready, for this sunday, the 1st football sunday of the season! :) ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!! :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying an awesome day! :) my mom, Lisa, and i may go to starbucks this evening, they got their pumpkin spiced treats available! :) i have some starbucks gift cards i'd love to use :) i've been enjoying some nature walks today :) my dad and i had an awesome garden/nature walk yesterday evening, picking string beans, and checking in on the plants :) he was sharing stories with me, of when he was younger, and lived in Maine, and would help pick string beans in the gardens, for $3 per bucket of string beans :) it was so special to me, hearing these awesome memories my dad has :) we're enjoying these special joys, of the harvesting season :) There's lots of great things going on :) We're ready to turn our kitchen, into a football field gridiron tomorrow, for a very special, WELCOME FOOTBALL SEASON, themed baking friday adventure! :) calling all cookie monsters and football fans! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
FOOTBALL IS BACK!!! :) CHEERS! to the new football season, that is arriving, with a classic game tonight! :) the defending superbowl champions, Seahawks vs the Packers tonight! :) it's September, and the new NFL season has arrived! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day! :) football season beginning, and having lots of jars of salsa in the fridge, is super mega sweet awesome!!! :) i'm pumped up, and ready for some football! :) we've been harvesting lots of nice fresh garden tomatoes, and peppers from our gardens :) i'm gonna make a nice garden string beans salad, to enjoy with some salsa tonight, while watching the football game :) ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL! :) hut! hike! :) TOUCHDOWN!!! :) everyone who is watching the game tonight, we hope you enjoy the game :) it's always very exciting, when the new season arrives, and this upcoming sunday, there's tons and tons of football games! :) i am gonna be wearing my Redskins RG3 football jersey on sunday, and my Redskins hat! :) i'm ready to rock and roll, with this new season! :)
my family and i are enjoying a nice thursday :) this evening, my mom, sister Lisa, and i may go over to the starbucks restaurant :) i have 2 gift cards, they got their pumpkin spiced treats there, for fall season :) i'd love to get an iced coffee, to enjoy while watching football tonight :) it was really refreshingly cool here this early morning, as the new day was rising and shining :) i enjoyed my nature walk, putting breads, and peanuts all around our yard, and got to see some sparrows, and a bluejay :) i've noticed in the early mornings now, the sun is rising more to the east, and during the evenings, is setting earlier, more to the west, which is a sign, that fall season is coming. Those cool crisp autumn days, when the leaves are changing colors, those days will be here soon :) with lots and lots of festivities, and wholesome heart warming traditions of the new season :) i'm definitely gearing up, to bring out my halloween decorations soon :) oh my! :) Halloween town is gonna be rocking, and pumpkin rolling, to begin October :) it's gonna be a big decorating project, that i will work on, every day, in the upcoming weeks :) i'll keep everyone updated, on how things are going, with the decorating :) i see our gourds pumpkins growing so nicely in the gardens, and i get so excited, i want to pick one of the gourds soon, to put here in my writing area, and we'll also have some gourds to put on our front steps, and 1 for my halloween town :) it's been such a thrilling joy, to see the gourds growing in the garden :)
During the evening yesterday, my dad was outside, putting some stuff away in the shed, and i went outside to see how he was doing, and we began a really nice, and AWESOME garden/nature walk :) i said, "lets check the plants!" :) my dad and i began to walk around our yard, and gardens :) We're so impressed, with the gourds, sunflowers, tomatoes, peppers, string beans, and all of our plants :) my dad and i spontaneously just began an awesome nature walk, and picking string beans :) we picked hand fulls of string beans, this was great! :) as my dad and i were picking the beans, my dad shared some very special stories with me, about how when he was young, he lived in Maine, and he use too help harvest string beans during summer season :)
my dad mentioned, that he use too earn $3, per bucket of string beans he use too pick :) he mentioned, that there would be rows and rows of string beans in the farmlands, that went on for many long ways, with the rows of beans growing :) it was very special to me, to listen to my dad's stories, and memories, as we picked beans from our garden :) We also picked a few more tomatoes. :) oh my! :) our fridge has been loaded with tomatoes! :) i mentioned to my dad, about how i want to make more salsa, and also freeze some more bags of string beans. :) my dad and i really gave our gardens a good picking, with picking all of the string beans we could find, and there's still many more string beans growing, which is so neat! :) we're thrilled, about the harvesting season :) very soon, we're gonna be harvesting potatoes, corn, grapes, and pears :) we also have mammoth sunflower seeds ripening :)
The mammoth sunflower seeds, begin to get these nice gray stripes, when they are ripening :) we have some ncie mammoth sunflower seeds, producing lots of seeds :) when i harvest the seeds, i'm going to write a special harvest journal, with taking pictures of the harvesting process, from the harvest, to the washing/preparing, to the baking, to the jarring of the seeds, such a nice garden snack, grown right in our gardens :) i look forward to the special harvesting of the sunflower seeds, which is one of my favorite garden season traditions :) i've been checking in on our plants today, and also giving the plants a really good soaking with the water nourishment :) it's been very warm/humid here this week, and the plants have thrived a lot, with growing more and more :) they are in all of their sunny blossoming glory, these golden days of summer time, as we approach the final weeks of summer season, we're enjoying each and every blossom :) Sunflowers, daisies, nasturiums, Marigolds, snowball bush blossoms, cosmos, and Wildflowers :) Each blossom, is a beautiful joy, and a very special memory a wonderful garden in our heart, is cherishing, and treasuring :)
Thank you angel friends, for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, and encouragement, and for cheering me on, with my healthy eating goal, and my weight loss goal :) it's been an incredible journey, over the past few months :) this summer season, i've lost a total of 19 pounds so far, and i feel really good, healthy, and very happy and excited about it :) all of the dedication, focus, and determination, has helped me a lot, but most importantly, my family and friends, cheering me on, with amazing support, and encouragement, has been the most wonderful beam of sunlight, and incredible love, shared, that's helped me, to really blossom with my goal :)
It's a really special feeling, when we achieve progress, and success with our goals, and here on DS, getting to share in, and celebrate our progress, also the times when we need an extra spirit boost, and cheerful cheering on, it helps so much :) i'm really excited, about the healthy lifestyle i've adapted too, with my healthy eating, and keeping motivated, and focused to keep on this track, especially in the upcoming months :) Fall/winter time, i want to keep up this great momentum, and cheering on family and friends, with their goals :) i'm with you all, all the way, with our goals :) We're gonna continue to achieve the progress, and success we want to achieve :) each day, we can achieve so much, that gives us confidence, energy, and a boost in our spirit, that really keeps us blossoming into each day :) i'm so happy, and thankful to be able to share with everyone, my journey with my goal, and also to experience your goals. :) Lets continue to keep on keeping on, each day! :) FRIENDSHIP SMILES :)
We're enjoying a great day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) it was so aweosme, getting to visit with my friend Chris today :) today for lunch, i had a slice of pizza, i had a light lunch, but did have some oatmeal today too :) i'm gonna make a nice garden salad for dinner, and tomato soup, with baked potatoes with chipotle ranch salad dressing :) Tonight, is the Packers vs Seahawks football game :) it's gonna be great! :) Tomorrow is baking friday :) We're going to have a special football themed baking friday adventure :) we're baking football themed whoppie pies, and also going to make nachos :) celebrating the arrival of the football season :) Life is very special :) Each day, is a beautiful gift, treasure, and blessing :) Thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are very special friends :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)
