Convo with Erica

We have to clean the house today and she was gettin all pissed off and would not stop yellin at me for everything I havent done. I asked her if she was done and she said "What? Done bitchin" I said yes. She said that she was. I told her I was tryna keep my mouth shut and not talk back but the more she would talk the harder it was to be quiet. She said she was proud of me for tryna contain myself. I said it stresses my out and it makes me wanna cry.

A situation of gettin yelled at turned into an adult conversation.

It's good sometimes if you try to ignore her bitching. Let it go in one ear and out the other. It's hard not to say anything back. But you did good.

Glad you had a adult conversation. And everything calmed down.

Are you gonna clean and then go to the rodeo still?

That's crazy. Not the way you should get to having an adult conversation.

I'm proud of you for trying not to talk back. I'm glad you were able to have an adult conversation with her (no matter how you got there). It took courage to tell her how you feel when she is verbally attacking you. Hopefully, she will learn to treat you with the same respect that you showed her yesterday. Hugs.

She is slowly getting better in some of the ways she does things
