Consult

I went in for my consult today and it has been recommended that I have therapy. Which I am looking for with some trepidation. I do not want to be medicated, I will be told that I need to be like I was when I was teenager. I want to experience the whole process.
 
Anyways, I requested a female. For some strange reason, I don't trust men. Never did and I never will. Set an appointment for next week. It is also recommended that I attend group sessions. let's see how that goes.
