Constantly Sleepy...

I could fall asleep now and not wake up until tomorrow. This past week I have had a new symptom. Overwhelming tiredness. My body will actually shut down. Usually happens about 5-7pm, but it builds up along the way a little until, "BAM!" I'm out on the couch. It actually worries me enough that I'm afraid to watch my little boy alone in the evening. The other day Sarah (my wife) was in the bedroom getting dressed and I had to text her to come into the living room. I couldn't lift myself hardly to go get her. I was falling asleep and my 16 month old was running around like a banshee! Wow. I am so unbelievalbly sleepy right now and I am on Focalin XR! I can't imagine how I'd feel without it!  Not to mention my sleep patterns at night are affected already by the weather. Stupid arthritis!!! I'm too young for this crap!!!!!! :-p Must. Keep. Going. An hour left of work and a 30 minute drive home.
