constant emails from her
My X is now on a roll to send emails wanting her checks, (money I dont have) and a rehash of property she wants. no one is responding to her and she keeps sending them, soon she will write the judge and Ill be back into court. I really do not know how the nexts steps are. if one has no money to pay? dispute of items, and nothing mentioned of her son, she is getting uglier and uglier

Not knowing (or not remembering) what the terms of your case are at this point, the best advice I can give you is to just forward the emails to your attorney (if you still have one) or print them out and save them in a file for future reference. IF the property has already been settled, she is just ranting. Once property settlement is done, it\'s DONE. The X did a lot of bellyaching to me long after ours was settled and I effectively ignored him; told him if he wanted to dispute a document that he had signed (without anyone holding a gun to his head) to be my guest and reminded him that if he wished to pursue it in court, he would be paying his own legal fees AND MINE, TOO. Our agreement was worded as such, primarily to protect ME from further harrassment.
Don\'t let her get your goat. If you DO owe her money and can\'t pay it, then it may go back to court. I have no advice for you on that note. Just try to ignore what you can and not dwell on it. Focus your energy on your son and your own healing.
P.S.
Depending on your email server, you might be able to automatically divert any and all emails from her directly to your SPAM folder. If you can\'t, you might consider changing your email address.
