Connecting with facebook is so stupid - never again!

When I joined this website I decided to connect with facebook which was stupid.  I realized that this isn't the type of stuff I want constantly posting to facebook.  I really  thought I could just log in with Facebook instead of having everything I write broadcasted on my wall.  Every thing I write I have to unclick the check mark so it wont be posted and then I keep forgetting.  So I clicked the link to disconnect from facebook.  So now I can't even use my actual email address.  It says it is already taken (yeah, it's mine!)  so I had to figure out what my old email address was that I had with yahoo.... that I never ever use anymore.  Mad.... 
Oh, so I just tried to edit my email address to change it back and I can't.  It tells me to enter my password but there isn't a place to enter it.  Eeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrggggh!
 
My eyes are on fire and I don't feel good.  I can't see anything.  I just want to stick my head in a tub full of ice water and open my eyes.
