Confusion

Hi there. It's Kasey here ( matthew) I have for a long time believedand felt like I was female.....I have had very strong urges. I am currently male and recently married. I thought I was going through a phase in my life so I ignored it and carried on with my life. I don't know what to do as I know I am female and my wife doesn't approve. I don't want to hurt her but I also can't remain a guy. Please help.....I don't know what to do.
