Kathy, are you using a speech interface to navigate? That changes your command interface enough to explain how I kept confusing you. We aren't navigating the same software. I have played with speech interfaces just enough to share your frustration. Maybe. My hearing handicap makes digitized voices very sketchy for me. They sound like unloading gravel trucks to my ears. Getting through a phone menu is a guaranteed ear ache. Did we have a literal case of the deaf leading the blind? Well. . . Trying to, anyway. I am frequently amazed at what gets built with my best intentions.

Im starting to learn how to get round. Invisiblefriend has been helping me .I thank him so much.
