Conciliation outcome.....

Yesterday I went to my WorkCover Conciliation.  I am so sick of fighting for them to continue paying me.  Geez, it's only treatments and meds now, not wages anymore.  I was soooo close to just packing it in, I would have been sorry later though. After an hour of negotiations they agreed to pay for 30 more myotherapy treatments and my medications ongoing.  So I guess that's not too bad.  They'll still probably want to review the medications every 12 months or so, but I suppose that's just one of the downsides. I was exhausted by the time I got home, and up early this morning cos of the storms that woke me up.  I've been really fatigued lately, but I guess that's partly due to the work I've been doing trying to get my business up and running.  I'd still prefer to have a job - at least I'd know what my budget was, at the moment I'm running through my savings very quickly and starting to panic. Clint was down for Easter and helped me re-organise my office - it's so much better now, I'm rapt!! I haven't been on the board as often lately, I've been busy and just haven't had the time or energy, which makes me feel bad.  But I've got to get this stuff done. I really need to lose weight too - it is really starting to get me down again.  I wish I could exercies more easily.  I have got my name down on a waiting list  to hire a treadmill - that will help I think.

Honey the treadmill only works if you use it - I once thought that a bike would help me loose weight too but i never used the thing - a chair was so much more comfortable.
I look forward to you getting your business up and running then when I win the lottery I will buy from you.

Heyyyyy, don\'t burst my bubble, lol. I\'m trying to be positive..... hehe.
I\'ve got a bike and I do use it but can\'t use it consistently, whereas I am hoping, a treadmill will be a little bit easier on the knees.
I agree with you though, a chair is much more comfortable most of the time.
(too much of the damn time)

I know how hard it is to stay positive. I\'m really struggling with it at the moment. Just remember though, that the treadmill is really good for hanging clothes from if you don\'t use it...

do like i do to get motivated, hit the beach and swim! yeeaahhh!! LOL. now that\'s a fun exercise! forget the treadmill, yuck. sorry, i guess i\'m not helping. but just htinkin about hat machine is depressing. i guess that\'s from all that running time i put in while in the military. if we weren\'t hitting the pavement for 10 miles, they made us hit the treadmill. gosh, it\'s no wonder my body is broken. anyways... how ever which way you chose to lose the weight, make sure you have some fun doin it. otherwise, you may just end up quitting. well, best of luck and you go, girl! whoohoo! work it!
