Concerned for my daughter

My son & I had another falling out (at the church, no less, but not during services!).  As usual, it upset my daughter (age 12) very much.  She wants him to go away or die, in either order.  I let her know it was going to be OK, but she was not on board with that. As far as my son goes, I found out later that he had misunderstood what I was saying to him and I had been misunderstanding that for sarcasm.  So we hugged & made up. My daughter calmed down later (took out her frustration in her Wii games).  It's hard being that age & not having the maturity to deal with her brother's anger issues.  Heck, it's hard being my age & dealing with it! Just about a week ago, my husband was saying that our son was "getting better" about his anger.  I think it was just on a little hiatus, which often happens.  I think my husband does not want to have this issue to deal with.  I don't either, but that won't make it go away. On a goal-related note:  exercise is going to have to be re-addressed in the new year!  It's just been too busy!  But snow shoveling counts, doesn't it?
