Concerned About Work Tomorrow

Today is actually a pretty good day.  I started taking the new med for this "thing" last night and this morning and I think it's okay so far.  A little tired and my neck and shoulder pain is acting up some but my headache is only at 20% versus 500%! 
Went to church and explained this to two of my friends who of course never heard of this. I worked a few hours.  I'm anxious about going to work tomorrow.  In the last two weeks I have not went into work at all but worked from home just because my head hurt so bad and I had all these appointments to get through with neuro ophthalmologist and the spinal tap, plus I am having dental work done. 
So, guess I will get up at 445, put on a dress, smile and just answer "health issues" if anyone asks me why I haven't been in the office.  I'm finding that explaining this IIH or PseudoTumor thing takes a long time to explain.  I hope I can make it through the long ten hour day at work without a crushing headache.  Plus, I have lost about 15 pounds fairly quickly so people who haven't seen me in a while will either say you look great or wow you must be really sick! :) Either way, I could stand to lose about 35 more so if there is ANY plus side to this crap is that I have been in too much pain to want to eat much.
Today was a good day!  so far...
