CONCERNED

I had went into serious afib on April 2/17 and had to go by ambulance to hospital where they tried to convert me wice electronically and then finally got me back into sinus rythym with a medication drip.  I stayed in sinus rythym for around 10 days and then the afib returned relentlessly and finally got to see my cardiologist this past Wed. May 17/17.  He doubled my dosage of propafenone and bisoprolol and put me back on xerelto...since then my pulse has dropped to 49 bpm, i have a constant headache, constant pain under my left shoulder...stomach discomfort, swollen ankles and lower legs, dry mouth with metalic taste, feeling very weak and faint and have a very cold feeling in the upper half of my body, have a very pale face as well...i feel like a very sick sloth...phoned my cardiologist on Friday and he lowered the propafenone evening dose by 1/2.  I am still having all the same symptoms and don't know whether to go to hospital and seek attention as this is a Sunday or just try to hang in until tomorrow when he will be back in office.  Don't like this very sick week feeling and would appreciate any suggestions at to what steps I should take today.
