By its staff member’s conduct, Happytel has ripped off my daughter and committed multiple breaches of the Australian Consumer Law. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC on my daughter’s behalf. Ivan replaced my 12-year-old hard drive in my i-core 7desktop with a new digital 1terabit drive, changed windows 7 to windows 10, and further showed me the program, cloned my data and set me up. He is meticulous, extremely competent and thorough. I highly recommend his services not only for technical expertise but at a very reasonable price.

And they could not get any in so would give $6 back. They charge $6 without telling you when you get the first protector put on and then when you need to use the warranty they claim out of stock and give $6 back. How much money do they make from charging each person $6 if most people don’t claim??? And was ensured it would be replaced if any issues with it with in 3 years.
