Yesterday my computer went into the shop and might take weeks to get back i will try to use my mothers when i can, don't think that i forgot about you...
I hate when this happens to me! LOL! Yes, I will keep that in mind. Hang in there. Sorry that it will take so long. I can\'t believe the times that I have spoken with people who have to take in their computers to not get them back for weeks, if not, as I have seen, up to 6 months! This makes no sense that, with the time-sensitive functioning of which computers are a great part, they take forever to \"fix.\" I have never had this problem for more than 4 days in all of my years owning a computer. However, I see people buying their computers on-line and getting those \"contracts\" for 3 years or so for repair only to have to wait what seems eon\'s to get them back. On guy bought an Acer, pure crap, and got a new on after waiting for 6 months! I will NEVER buy a PC because of this kind of trouble with repairs.
I am sorry that you have to deal with this level of incompetance and built-in mediocrity and extinction that goes with it. I will be thinking of you!
They got it back to me today but lied abouot how many times I have had it in there. I am trying to qualify it as junk (lemon law) but they say this is the second time in and that is just crap. I took it in when the screen went black, i took it in and it was the mother board and now same thing!!! NO ONE EVER GO TO BEST BUY FOR ME YOU WILL JUST GET SCREWED!!!!!!! I have my brother that is legal and he is going to get on their case. I don\'t pay for him but best buy will have to get a ;lawyer involved so they will pay one way or another. I still have a year on my warranty so I will take it in if it skips, doesn\'t charge or if i think that it hiccups. whatever it takes. I told them I was getting a lawyer and they told me that I wasn\'t allowed to talk to them anymore that my lawyer would have to talk to them. at least i have a way to get back on here for now.
