The Rebuilding Regional Communities stream runs as a stream within the Strengthening Rural Communities program. Applicants for a grants between $10,000 and $50,000 must first submit an expression of interest before being invited Opportunities fund Australia to submit a full application. Works in partnership with government entities to design and implement streamlined grants programs for their customers. Boat owners who would like improvements made to the facilities they regularly use should approach their local council, which has the expertise to prepare a detailed funding assistance application. Food and Beverage Manufacturing Business Grants – a funding program for SME food and beverage manufacturing enterprises to improve energy efficiency. The grant provides SMEs up to $25,000 to improve energy efficiency practices and technologies and better manage energy consumption to reduce power bills.

The department will carefully review the eligibility of all applicants and applications received under the program. Applications determined not to be eligible will not proceed to merit assessment and will not be approved. If you are unsuccessful, we will give you an opportunity to discuss the outcome with us and you may be able to submit a new application for the same or similar project in any future funding round.
Interpreters in Australia are fortunate to be able to access training opportunities, have health and safety supports, a Code of Ethics, and to be paid for their work. However, signed language interpreters in developing countries may not share these benefits. Therefore, to support our colleagues in developing nations, the ASLIA Creating Opportunities Fund was established in 2007. Requests for this grant are received all year round or until funds are exhausted. Shows that have received other NSW Government funding for 2022 are not eligible.

The Start Strong Capital Works Grants Program has been revised to improve the suitability and accessibility of the program for the community preschool sector. This includes four distinct grant categories with continuous, extended or multiple rounds, making it easier for community preschool providers to access the right funding option when it is needed. Projects by community based organisations to support elderly people suffering from mental disabilities or their carers, particularly projects seeking to address social isolation experienced by such elderly persons and their carers . The Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing offers a range of sport-related grants and scholarships for individuals and organisations. Arts South Australia provides funding for community groups involved in artistic and cultural activities. Lotterywestdistributes profits from lotteries to community groups in Western Australia through various grants programs. The Office of Sport provides sport and recreation grants to ‘nurture sporting talent, help build sports facilities and develop the industry as a whole’.

It provides young people with opportunities to try different art forms, supports emerging artists to develop their craft and advocates for youth arts practice.
