Coming clean

I just came completely clean to my wife today about lies I had told her when we met, i'm now afraid she might leave me, she has come to a point where she doesn't care what i do.
She is the best thing that has ever happened to me, that's why I came clean in the first place and I don't want this to come between us anymore, she deserves better.
