Color Run 11/2
I went for a walk late this morning and discovered there was a "Color Run" on my street this morning. It left a lot of MESS and I am a little irritated with the city and event organizers for not giving residents any notice that our street would be shut down and become a huge MESS. I read later on FB that it was for charity, blah blah blah. The cranky mom in me says, who the hell is going to clean it up?!?
But I overcame by fear of walking towards a neon Scooby doo looking scene of GREEN and walked. Somehow today my legs did not hurt as much, but I've been making a point of trying not to stay in one position for too long. I get very tight and uncomfortable.
Does anyone else get cramps/spasms in the bladder or urethra? It's like the pain, frozen in one spot due to spasm and cramp, and there's no massaging it out. Talk about strange and new pain! :-/
Off to eat my kids' leftover Halloween candy. Monday comes and I'll be back to low-carb.
