Collaboration
What is collaboration? Collaboration is working together, to accomplish, or create something.
There's a part of me that wants to step out ahead of the pack, to shine in my own light, and then a part of me that acknowledges that I CAN'T achieve what I want all alone, that we all HAVE to surround ourselves, with each other, and work together, to achieve something great. It's tough, trying to find that team, where we all share the same vision.
That vision has to be more than just making money. Making money is great, and I like making and having money, but making money is really in the spirit of INSPIRING, and being inspired, of having fun, of feeling good, of being free. Money is a means to that end.
Being funny, not taking ourselves, each other, or life, too seriously, helps.
