Coffee roast process

We are the ones buying a motorbike, packing for three weeks of islandhopping, jumping on the first ferry, getting lost in coffeevillages, trying to explain with hands and feet what we are looking for on that remoted island, finally ending up in magnificent gardens full of superior coffee, shaking farmer’s hands while enjoying  a cup of their home grown coffee, then getting lost again on our way back, finding the ferry station with no ferry for the next five days, leaving finally with a farmeragreement and the best coffee Indonesia knows.
