Co-worker losing a spouse
A fellow forklift driver took off about 30 minutes ago. His wife has had issues and has been in the hospital for several weeks. She's had multiple strokes while in the hospital. They are keeping her on morphine right now but she's probably going to pass soon. To top it all off, about 2 weeks ago, their house burnt down. They lost everything. This is not a good time for him and his family.

Sending prayers to your coworker and his wife. That's alot to go through for anyone.
Sorry to hear this.
Hugs!!!
It must be hard on you also, having a friend and coworker who you see every day and talk to. I am sure you got to know him quite well over the years and are quite close. It hurts him but it hurts you seeing him hurt and knowing there is not much you can do except be the friend he expects you to be and offer a shoulder for him to lean on during his darkest hours. That's about as much as you can do but as little as it is, it's a huge burden off his shoulders just having someone to talk to without judging him...just listening with a concerning ear and offering prayers and support. This is a time when little things mean alot to someone who doesn't know what to do or where to go. You are his guardian angel at a time when he needs it the most. You have a heart of gold and we will keep him, his wife, and family in our thoughts and prayers. God is with her now...
God Bless
