Cliques/annoying people

Part of my short little rant is true and some is probably somewhat exaggerated because I'm really tired.  I'm a really nice guy.  It takes a lot to get me mad.  I'm pretty relieved my unpaid internship is going to turn into a paid internship. Obviously the money is great but the main reason will be the people/tasks.  I just have realized my internship isn't what I want to do.  Maybe I'd take my supervisors job if it came up just because of the pay and it'd be good experience but it's definitely not where I'd want to stop.  I'm tired of the type of work i'm doing(and for free on top of it).  I'm also getting tired of the people.  There's certain ones that really cool/nice but I honestly just don't really bond with anyone to the point of friendship and there's several I'm starting to get really irritated by.  I don't normally judge people of race, sexual orientation, religion, etc.  But I'm sorry and I'm gonna have to be a little bit stereotypical and say I don't usually like "Mormon Mormon" people.

I don't even know how to explain it...they just act a certain way.  It's not all of them but some of them.  I think they know I'm agnostic or can tell I have differing opinions about various things.  When they're together and I'm with them it's the worst.  They buds and I'm just awkward.  But today it was bad was enough when I was with one of them by myself.  I swear they do little subtle things to piss me off or just to make fun of me/etc. They were driving me fucking nuts about my dirty shirt I got from working.  Maybe he was trying to make it be like a joke but it wasn't funny at all and had me pissed off.  It led me to saying something along the lines of well that's what happens when you are unhooking fish all day.  Somehow he got in all defensive bitch mode where he said I'd be here doing stuff all the day.  He acted like I implied he wasn't doing anything.  That's where I got annoyed and said well you don't get dirty like I am by baiting up hooks...I've done that all day to.  I caught myself and said plus I'm just messy haha.

That's when he said all I'm saying is wash the shirt for tomorrow.  That really pissed me off and I'm glad I bit my lip.  I wanted to tell him well how about you switch me what your doing and your ass ca get up and go unhook all the fish for everyone.  I don't need to be told beyond fucking obvious things like that.  Like I said before, if the stuff he said before he was just joking about, it wasn't funny at all and I definitely couldn't tell he was joking.  I've learned some things through this internship but I'm definitely happy I got a real position else where.  I'm tired or doing volunteer events every day or week for free even if they are about public recreation or environmental restoration.  I'm tired of the Mormon boy clique.  The things they do are so subtle and it's impossible to list all of them or even adequately describe them but you sure know you're experiencing it in real life.

On a side note I'm happy that I've officially complete my bachelors degree.    I don't get to walk till next year but after two more classes I'm done with school for a few years(I'll probably have to go back for a masters or phd).  My sleeping situation isn't great but for the last while it's only been a slightly/kind of bad situation instead of the usual horrible.  No school + good jobs+ scheduling free recreation time for myself+ getting my anxiety medication refilled(hasn't been for months) could lead to the happiest and best overall me I've been in a long time.  Getting rid of my anxiety could possibly really help me and make things be great.
