Classic Rock: The Music That Never Dies

I am a big fan of all different types of music, but Classic Rock has to be my favorite. The fact that the music was made such a long time ago and it continues to attract new and young fans every single day just astounds me. There is no other music like Classic Rock. The bands in the 60s and 70s were all about the music. Classic Rock Music am not saying that bands today are not focused completely on their music, but back then it was a way of life. The bands from those eras are impossible to compare to bands these days not because there is a big difference in talent or anything, but it seemed like the musicians lived for what they did and never stopped producing excellent music. Bands like Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones are still unbelievably popular today because of what they did back in the 60s and 70s. I am pretty sure that I can ask any random person walking down the street to name me a Led Zeppelin or Rolling Stones song and they will be able to give me an answer. These bands had such a big effect not only on the United States, but the entire world which is amazing since all of their songs were in English.

Over half of my music library is comprised of bands from the Classic Rock Category. I can't get enough of them, because although some of the bands may be alike in many ways, they have so many differences that make them each very unique. Like I said, I love a lot of music that is coming out this day in age, but I believe I should have grown up in the 60s or 70s because that era and the music born in it, are representative of myself and many of the things I enjoy in life. If you are someone that does not really know much about the 60s or 70s or the bands that invented rock and roll then you have some homework to do. Download as many songs and watch as many live concert videos from that era as you can.
