City Of Las Vegas Hosts Job Fair For Veterans And More May 21

The city of Las Vegas will hold its second annual Veterans Job Fair Thursday, May 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the East Las Vegas Community Center, located at 250 N. Eastern Ave. There is no charge to participate in the fair, which will assist servicemen and women to successfully transition into the civilian workforce.Veterans exclusively will be welcomed from 9 to 11 a.m.; the fair will open to the general public, including veterans, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All applicants are encouraged to bring their resumes to the job fair and meet more than 50 employers with positions to fill.For more information on the job fair, call 702-229-6315.
