chronic pain,my xpc, some ideas...

.             Can I try to take the topic further?  The H. .. Society includes I'm sure the idea of            telling others... of time and, willing if necessary to debate with them..             // And indeed someone may be able to talk a person o.. of it.   ...   / It being.    .    .     .      .     .    .         IMHO a choice.[ [ Body ] ] :To ScarletAngel's latter post:  I've lived the majority of my life out...  can imagine a big problem coming along and me having to spend half of my days in fear and super-problem management.  Mm hmm.  In those days of being down...I can imagine sleeping as much of the time as possible.   -- Perhaps running a habit (tm) which would of course shorten my life.  But allowing me to live  "awhile longer."With a bad toothache on Saturday and appointment Monday..I once learned drowsing as a method of pain management.  In the state of drowsiness I could better concentrate on the pain; I could hold much of it back.  Time spent drowsing seemed not to count as sleep; I could still get that nine hours in.   :)      I lived in a supportive household....! ! ; if several ppl live WITH or up the street from a person w this pain prob -- and have some semi-leisure -- it is better.  One or even two people are not all that much, to support this kind of problem.  In my case, the family allowed me to be alone, which I prefered most of the time, but if I wanted  to talk:give me any amount of attention./ Most of the time I wish for quiet.   .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  Good luck, everyone.   (((((  )))))
