Christmas Time Stories and Memories :) We got light snowfall today! :)

CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE! :) CHRISTMAS STORIES, AND MEMORIES! :) awww! :) Happy Thursday! :) Twas 2 weeks until Christmas Holiday! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing great, and enjoying a nice day :) We're enjoying the day, and gearing up, for a very cool, fun, and festive, SNOWMAN themed baking friday adventure tomorrow :) We have a SNOWY KITCHE FORECAST for tomorrow, as we'll be welcoming FROSTY THE SNOWMAN and all of his snowman and snow-woman friends into the kitchen, for a very special holiday themed adventure :) We're gonna get the flour flying in the air, like Snowflakes falling in the December holiday Sky! :) Woot! :) Today, i've been watching the Muppets Christmas Carol! : )awww! :) i recieved this very special dvd, last year, from our dear, and lovely friends Judy (Ladybug7), Denny, and their family :) i'm a big fan of the muppets :) Earlier this week, Holly and i watched 2 of the Charlie Brown Christmas specials :) it was awesome! :) my Christmas town is glowing, i'm having a nice hot tea, and getting ready to write some more Christmas cards :) Enjoying the simple joys of the holidays, and the special spirit, that warms the heart, this time of the year :) We're getting ready to put our Singing Christmas Wreathe outside, next to our front door :) it sings, including the classic, "up on the roof-top, reindeer paws, down through the chimney, here comes santa claus!" :) awww! :) It's a sweet day, and week, and so much more to look forward too :) i've got some special Christmas stories, and memories to share with everyone in my journal today :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters and Frosty the Snowman! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
CHRISTMAS TIME! :) Hi angel friends! :) Season's Greetings, and warm holiday hugs, on this sweet peaceful thursday :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying the day :) Twas 2 weeks until Christmas holiday! :) it's truly incredible! :) We're soaking up the special moments of the season, enjoying the season as much as we can :) We love celebrating with you and your wonderful family's :) while i've been here in my computer room today, i've had my nice Christmas tea light candle warmer lit, and enjoying the glow of my Christmas Town :) i did a little more decorating yesterday evening, for my Christmas town :) it's been a big week, with all of the holiday mailings, watching Christmas movies, and specials :) on monday night, Holly and i watched National lampoon's Christmas vacation, and on tuesday, we watched 2 of the Charlie Brown Christmas specials :) it was so nice, to watch these features :) i love to put on lots of holiday specials this time of the year :) A very special Greetings, from my Christmas Town, on this wonderful thursday :) i made this video today :)

Here in my computer room today, i put on the classic, Muppets Christmas carol! :) our dear friends Judy (Ladybug7), Denny, and their family sent me this wonderful dvd, last year :) i'm a big fan of the muppets :) some of my most earliest childhood memories, are of watching the muppets :) my favorite characters, "Miss Piggy" and "Kermit the frog" :) i use too watch these specials all the time :) my mom said, that when i was a kid, i use too get upset when the muppets show was over, so she and my dad would get the special discs/vhs of the muppets, to put on tv for me :) awww! :) seeing this wonderful holiday special, brings back lots of special memories for me :) i enjoyed sharing yesterday, the picture of the Christmas stocking i made, about 27 years ago, when i was in Mrs. Camp's Kindergarten class :)
Christmas time, is a time for many memories, stories shared, all throughout the years :) my family and i have been enjoying this season, so very much, with you and your family's :) it's our 8th Christmas holiday season here on ds :) Wow! :) Almost a decade of Christmas time sharings, it's really special, and heart-felt :) We cherish, and treasure your friendships :) We've been enjoying the week :) it's 2 weeks until Christmas holiday :) This is a big stretch in the Christmas season :) Lots of Christmas cards writing, holiday shopping, decorating, and taking in some joyful moments, of watching the holiday movies, and specials :) This upcoming weekend, my family and i are gonna go Christmas shopping :) i think we'll go to the walmart store, and dollar store :) it's gonna be great, getting ready to buy some gifts, for family and friends :) i look forward to sharing all abotu our Christmas shopping adventures :)
my family and i are enjoying our Christmas trees :) We have 2, our tree in our living room, and my DS Christmas tree, here in my computer room :) i've been showing my mom, and family my Christmas town decorations :) They love it! :) it's very special to me, to decorate it, and i love to share it with everyone :) As the holiday season continues to bring lots of joy, i'm gonna continue to take in, all of the special moments, decorating, writing Christmas cards, baking, and lots more, as these times, are creating many wonderful holiday memories :) Tomorrow, we have a SNOWY FORECAST FOR OUR KITCHEN! :) We're going to be having our annual, Snowman themed baking friday adventure :) it's gonna be SNOW-TACULAR! :) i've been gathering up our Christmas decorations today :) i'm planning a huge decorative display in the kitchen tomorrow, for our adventure :) it's gonna be so much fun! :) i'll be taking many pictures, to share :) Last week, we loved baking the gingerbread cookies, and making candy cane chocolate bark :) Tomorrow, we'll be baking some more holiday treats, and enjoying the festive spirit, of holiday time baking :) Over the years, my family and i have enjoyed so many special times, during the holidays :) memories, that forever are in our hearts :) i would love to take this time, to share some Christmas stories, and memories with everyone here in my journal today :)
CHRISTMAS TIME STORIES AND MEMORIES! :) This Christmas memory, goes back to 2005 :) It's our family's very own, JINGLE ALL THE WAY story, just like the movie from the 1990's :) When Kayla was younger, she wanted this one toy, that was a big toy, named "Butterscotch pony" :) it was a very popular christmas toy that year, and was very high in demand. all of the stores in our area, were out of stock. it seemed, walmart, and other stores would get 1, or 2 in stock, and in mins, it would be sold out. i remember my mom and Lisa, really wanted to get this special gift, for Kayla :) they went many areas of our state, toys r us stores, walmarts, target stores, and lots more, calling around, and trying to find it. i remember one December day in 2005, when my mom and Lisa were calling around, they called a Target Store, in Rhode Island :)
The store mentioned to my mom, that they had 2, of the butterscotch pony toys, available :) i remember that day, as it was cold, and we were expecting snowfall here. my mom and Lisa drove up to the Target store in Rhode Island :) they kept in touch, calling our home phone :) they thankfully made it safely to the store. my mom and Lisa shared the story with us. When they got to the Target store, another costomer arrived there, and mentioned to them, he was looking for the butterscotch pony. my mom and Lisa, knew where in the store, they were keeping the toy, as they had called earlier. they were worried, it may have been all sold out, so they told the guy, to go that way (in a different direction of the store), and my mom and Lisa said, they ran through the store, as fast as they could, to the area where they knew the toy was, and they said, there was only ONE LEFT!!! :) WOW! :) they got the butterscotch pony toy, and they paid for it, and got out of the store as fast as they could!: ) hehe! :) oh my! :) on their way home, they said they got caught up in heavy snowfall, and it took them over 3 hours to get home, wow! :) they did it through, they arrived home, with the butterscotch pony :) i remember they were very tired, from the long day, but they felt that sense of accomplishment and joy :) on Christmas morning, when Kayla woke up, She was very happy, that SANTA had read her christmas list, and brought her, that butterscotch pony toy! :) awww! :) This is a Christmas time memory, and story, my family and i love to talk about, every Christmas season :)
We're enjoying a peaceful thursday :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) i've been enjoying some nice time here on ds today, writing to friends, sending out some holiday cheer :) it snowed a bit here today, the snowflakes looked like a snowglobe :) i'm still hoping for a white Christmas :) LET IT SNOW! :) it'll definitely be snowing flour in our kitchen tomorrow :) baking friday! :) Snowman themed :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed some baked potatoes, butternut squash with cinnamon, and also had some nice pasta: ) lunch was delicious! :)Watching the Muppets christmas carol, tidying up my computer room a bit :) hanging out with my mom, and sister Lisa :) Tomorrow, i'm going to do a nice decorative holiday display in our kitchen for baking friday :) We love sharing our adventures :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate your kindness, and generousity, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HOLIDAY HUG :) Tonight, i'm going to have some snacks, and watching tv :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)
