Cholesterol

My Cholesterol was up from last year.  I was taking Cestor for a while but it bothered me, so I quit.  I talked to my doctor and she said that she won't force me to take a cholesterol pill.  It isn't too bad for a regular person, but on the high side for someone with Type 2 diabetes.  We talked further and she suggested taking just 5 mg. instead of the 10 mg. that she prescribed earlier.  I am going to wait and start again in the New Year and then have my blood tested again in April to see if it made a difference.  Hopefully by lowing the medication will help and also not give any side affects.
