Chiropractor again Tomorrow
I go back to the Chiropractor again tomorrow. This is the 3rd visit since last Tues. He told me last week that I was a train wreck. My lower lumbar vertebrae are in bad shape due to a motorcycle wreck back in the 60's plus working in the oilfields for 11 years. I have arthritis of the lower lumbar spine and deteriorating discs. I have a stenosis in my neck he has to work around too. This was found in 2001 when I had a head and neck injury where I worked.
I will be ok. I should be on a monthly maintenance program but, I don't take time to do it. I think I am going to start. My Chiro said if I came once a month, I would have less trouble between visits and the adjustments would not take as much time to re-align everything.

I LOVE GOING TO MY CHIROPRACTOR. I GO ONCE A WEEK. AFTER MY SURGERY, I WAS GOING 3 TIMES A WEEK. THEN I FINALLY GOT DOWN TO ONCE A WEEK UNTIL I WAS IN THE CAR ACCIDENT. THEN I WAS BACK TO 3 TIMES A WEEK AND NOW IM BACK DOWN TO ONCE A WEEK. IT REALLY HELPS MY NECK AND MY BACK OUT AND NOW WITH THE MS IT HELPS IT TOO. JUST WISH IT WOULD HELP THE DIZZINESS. DANG....I GOT BACK OFF THE SUBJECT OF YOU AND PUT IT ABOUT ME. SORRY ABOUT THAT. I JUST REALLY HOPE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO GO ALL THE TIME. IT TAKES A LITTLE BIT TILL YOU REALLY GET THE FULL AFFECT BUT BOY DOES IT HELP. IM SO GLAD THAT YOUR GOING. NOW STICK TO IT YOUNG MAN OR I WILL HAVE TO HEAD TO ILLINOIS AND KICK SOME BUTT LOL HONESTLY, I JUST WANT YOU TO FEEL AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE AND BE OUT OF MUCH PAIN AS POSSIBLE.

my husband is having similar problems...today he goes to an orthopedic dr. to have his hip checked....too bad that aging just makes our bodies ache....I long for the new one, myself.....I hope they can do something for your pain....In Christ, dale, brandon\'s mom
Thanks, to all of you. It is helping and I just got back. I went by the hospital to see my friend who has surgery Tues. He is doing better and was in good spirits today.
