Children Beat Their Parents
Surprised? I've read it in newspaper but never thought it would happen to me. My daughter, born March 21,1980. We got along well till I divorced her dad 1992, she wasn't happy. She was daddy's little girl. He filled the kid's heads up with all kinds of lies about me playing the victim. She was so angry at me. A year after the divorce he came over to my place drunk and ended up breaking my jaw. I had to have it wired for six weeks. The only good of that was my daughter saw a side of her dad he kept hidden and she stopped being so angry at me. Over the years we would have great times together and times she would get so mad at me. She has her dad's temper. At 17 she got pregnant while she was staying with her dad. The boyfriend deserted her before the baby was born. Her dad wanted her to get an abortion. I found a nice place for her, her beautiful daughter and my son. Told her to take a year off to take care of the baby I would support her. I wanted my grand baby to want for nothing. We did ok for a long while. Her dad and I were friendly with each other so everything was ok. She would still have her temper and sometimes I had to tell her we have to separate. She would leave for awhile but always came back over the years. It started real awful in 2008. I lost my job. I had just brought a house in 2005. My dad moved in with us to help me keep the house. My daughter had gone to college and became a LPN. The verbal abuse escalated. I guess since I had no income she found me worthless. I was just someone to chauffeur her daughter to school, back home and to her friends house. Then my granddaughter turned 12 and she stopped having anything to do with me. Wouldn't introduce me to her friends like she used to. We could barely talk. I was so hurt. She was my world but the regard her mother showed me set the example. My daughter paid nothing on this house my dad was paying everything. 2013 I had stopped going anywhere with my daughter and granddaughter. It always turn out I would say something or do something they didn't approve and the abuse would start. I started going out on dates. Maybe be gone for a night. My daughter hated it. She called me every dirty name under the sun. That's when I met crystal meth and just as quick got addicted. When she discovered that, she called her dad. That's when the beatings started. Since I was nothing but a dirty methhead. He told them all the stuff you read about methheads. Nevermind his girlfriend was a methhead in prison. I swear the only thing I did was stay on my iPhone. I had stopped dating and stayed to myself but the simple fact I smoked meth made their lives unbearable. Instead of love and compassion she used violence and hatred. Sure I didn't expect them to be happy but beat me? It was a nightmare. The police didn't help. She would say she's a methhead and they would tell me to get help. December 2015 she beat me so bad the police could not ignore it. She had left to go to her dad's house and she never came back. January they came got their stuff and that was the end. I made a lot of mistakes. I failed her for reasons I can't say but I never deserved to be beaten by my daughter. I don't think we will ever reconcile. It breaks my heart but I don't blame her so much as I do her dad. His poison was too deep. He won her forever.
