its 42 right now.  i'm still trying to get this polish off, i use nailtiques and opi and i must have put nailtiques as a top coat, its not budging.  lol.  
 
so the robberies have begun, k's car keys were missing and he calls freaked that they are gone and i figure, hmmmm, the police TELL YOU do not let this guy in your house.  you let him in anyway.  you call weekly complaining he isn't paying monthly rent or working it off and all the other crap that happens if this guy is there.  you KNOW he steals, and then you are "surprised" your car keys are missing?!  then he complains because the neighbors at BOTH houses are complaining that this guy is there.  he also didn't let the guy know they are calling the police on him (which isn't right, he should have told him/them) even if he hasn't done anything (and will keep calling until both boys are never there again and this is both neighborhoods!) they also called the attorney general's office for crime against the elderly (over 55 is "elderly" never realized how right that is until my heart troubles myself) because he told the neighbors that the boys are stealing cash from him and not working it off, so who knows what will happen next. 
 
the boy, who is a man now, 25 was supposed to be living in a rehab - each monday he says, he is going to move to a rehab and i BET he's not on a list for it.  its worse than this, but don't want to waste space on here for it.  seriously.  then he gets mad at the neighbors.  hmmmm.  HE told the neighbors, so why get mad at them?  the neighbors also told him.  he says they were WAITING for him in a group and they told the police that he was looking into the windows of the houses, which is a five year felony, its called voyeuring. 
 
i admire him helping someone (from a distance and never a theif) but the neighbors are right, NOT in a suburban area.  buy an acre of land somewhere, put a trailer on it (no electric) and let them stay there when they fall.  its a roof over their head.  i wouldn't do it myself, but its his choice.  his philanthropy doesn't mean the entire neighborhood has to be exposed to all this.  the woman around the block is FURIOUS, even her husband was out this time.  one day he agrees with the neighbors and the next day he is against people telling him what to do.  very strange. 

no christmas exchanges over there this year.  i was sick anyway.  but tired of holding his gifts because you can't give him anything with a thief at his house, its that simple.  its also getting boring.  3 years ago he was owed 250 by this guy.  this summer  when he suddenly "returned" the utility bills were $250 per month from him for 3 months.  $750 total.  he hasn't paid rent where he is, so by now he owes him around $1200 and the amount is bigger all the time.  why bother?  at some point it has to stop.  a normal person is on their own at 18 or 21 depends on the brains of the person.  he is way passed that.  k says, the mother won't take him and is desparate though told him to just throw his stuff to the curb and let him sleep on the lawn.  ?  how about call his counsellor and make sure he really is on a waiting list for rehab and when he gets out, LISTEN to the police and don't let him back in, he's not from here anyway and its safer to live further south, climate-wise.  
 
the whole situation reminds me of krn who actually physically MOVED every time her eldest two sons show up, she actually sells her house and moves and hopes they don't find her, but they always do.  that went on for about 20 years.  omg!  what a terrible life. 
 
rn is sick now as well and ordered meds for animals, also ill.  i called m to get tests done for the one that is eating and not gaining weight.  that is usually diabetes or cancer.  what is odd is that whole litter had that.  what is it?  very strange.  
 
got my cashmere, yay!  black turtle.  now i have to seriously lose weight because they don't have xl in this sweater.  tells me something.  it fits but, prefer a looser fit.  never though i'd see the day where i'd even wear an xl.  dillards no longer has 75% off sales, the girl was telling me because they opened an outlet in jacksonville and the merchandize goes there.  good to know.  now they just have 65% off.  the mall also has year round masseuses at cheap prices.  love that.  they have a buy ten get one free.  in the south they have that for teeth cleaning in the malls.  used to use that all the time too.  
 
put sweaters on the dogs.  he says they are shivering?  the landscaper was here, and measuring for more big repairs at the beach house - trouble with fencing etc., all the time.  he says you have to paint lattice with a gun every year or it will get like that.  there was more to do but i didn't want to burden him.  he is bidding on a mini mall near his house, so no idea how long i'll have him for.  too bad.  he's one of the best ones so far.  
 
the tree is italian stone pine and he was telling me how to put it in and to buy i think he said black kow as soil?  supposed to go to the marina with a later.  its just her and me.  lol.  holidays were small and sporadic this year, but being sick made it not matter anyway.  missed the tree tour, finally went yesterday and they said it was already over.  i also missed the house tour which was over christmas week, couldn't do that one sick at all anyway.
