Childcare and Kindergarten Centre
Victoria's government-funded kindergarten program provides up to 15 hours per week for eligible 3 and 4-year-olds. All three centres offer integrated Free Kinder within long day care hours, delivered by qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our dedicated educators are passionate about helping every child discover their strengths. From our very first walkthrough to now, our experience at Aspire has continually exceeded expectations. Brit and Kirsty provide such a vibrant, warm, and engaging welcome to our entire family. Our child’s educators clearly take great pride in their rooms and in the high quality of education they provide.

We commit to ensuring everyone we work with is safe, empowered, supported, and respected, especially our young people. We support and celebrate diversity of race, culture, ability, gender, sexuality, and gender identity. For 4-year-old kindergarten, your child must turn 4 years old by 30th April in the year they are attending.
The Bush Kinder Program at Inspire Pakenham connects children with nature through outdoor exploration and play-based learning in natural environments. Children develop resilience, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and respect for the environment while engaging in meaningful outdoor experiences. The program supports physical wellbeing, emotional regulation, and a deep connection to the natural world.
Our centre is an extension of home, where children can learn, grow, and feel part of a supportive community. Our team at Community Kids Pakenham is dedicated to providing engaging and enriching learning environments. We are proud of our diverse team and the strong culture we have built together.
We encourage families to book a campus tour first, so you can meet our educators and explore our safe, inspiring learning environments. After your visit, you may join the waitlist or complete our online enrolment form. Our team will support you through orientation, required documents, and funding options such as the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Free Kinder. Our Montessori program is designed to encourage independence, hands-on learning, and critical thinking. We provide a carefully prepared environment where children can explore at their own pace, developing confidence and problem-solving skills. Our program builds life skills through daily routines that promote problem-solving, communication, independence, and teamwork.
Within the curriculum framework, play enables your toddler to develop fundamental skills for life-long learning. It also creates the perfect environment to socialise and form friendships. Our activities enhance language skills and promote collaborative group play, laying a strong foundation for their future learning experiences. Our nursery room is purposely designed to make every baby feel safe exploring and discovering new things. Our spaces are filled with sensory experiences and activities to encourage intentional and responsive play-based learning. We focus on building secure relationships between children and educators, closely following home routines, and supporting each child in meeting their developmental milestones.
Young families are drawn to the area by its relative affordability, new housing developments and growing community infrastructure. With 100 licensed places and a service history dating to January 2012, it is one of Pakenham's most established long day care services. One Tree’s educational program aligns with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
This hands-on initiative connects children with growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing fresh, seasonal food. We believe every child deserves to feel guided, supported and celebrated as they grow. That’s why we developed our exclusive evidence-based learning journey from birth to age five that helps children and families navigate through developmental stages from birth to school.
In our dedicated early learning environment, children build positive relationships, learn independence, and develop a sense of belonging. What I love most about this field is the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators. I believe that a child’s early years are the most important, and that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where they can feel confident, capable, and connected. I am passionate about creating environments that support each child’s individual learning style, interests, and wellbeing.
Balanced meals and snacks are provided each day to support children’s healthy growth, development and energy for learning. The Inspire Pakenham Science Program encourages curiosity, inquiry, and critical thinking through hands-on, discovery-based learning. Guided by Montessori principles, children explore the natural and physical world through observation, experimentation, and problem-solving experiences.
