chest discomfort
Well, as the anxiety mounts, so do the frustrating chest pains! It only happens when I am stressed and I have been to a Cardiologist who told me I am the picture of perfect health, but my minds runs at warp speed when the pain sets in.
I don't have attacks when this happens or anything, but my negative thought process really freaks me out.
Wondering...is there anyone out there who experiences the same thing or something similar?

hey i have had the same and your right im not actually in the panic stage when i get the chest pains but they sure are scary . I went to what you call the ER the once and they did some tests and my health was fine which really drove me nuts because i thought they had missed something cause of the pain . I havent had them for a while now and all you can do is be patient and try and remove as much stress from your life as you can
I have had that happen many times but did find out I have extra fluid in my heart sack. Itt was a MRI or CAT scan (can\'t remember) when they were looking for a kidney stones when they found it. It isn\'t anything dangerous but does explain the chest pains I feel when I\'m stressed. Sometimes I think it is stress that then makes my mind race only because it is hard to determine the difference. Anxiety also makes my heart pump too fast. At times when my heart does this I almost become physically sick - shakes, vision problem, etc. Lately it has been happening more often than not so I did some research on the internet and sometimes low blood sugar can do it too. I\'m not sure your eating habits but mine suck. LOL. I hope this feeling goes away soon. I know how horrible it is. Much love for you this week - hugs!
Yes I can relate :) My chest pains weren\'t severe, but I figured it had to do with stress. Breathing never helped, so I used to just let it happen. Quite terrible.
