chest cold

i picked up a cold last week and have been having an awful time. my chest is full, but at least its moving, it seems to have climbed up into my head last night. Had a terrible morning, nausea and dizziness and weakness, terrible headache and really short of breath.
I slept on and off all day and i feel a bit better. the dog was in heaven...lol everything I made to eat, I couldnt so she got lots of treats today.
I havent had a fever so I am pretty sure this is just a cold. but it is still scary that it always seems to land in my chest now. I never got chest colds before, I always got head colds, but i guess because my lungs are my week point that is where everything is going to end up. My 02 levels seem to be okay.
 
My son had surgery on his knee today, he came through okay, he has a long recovery ahead. He wont be back to work until march....so lots of physio. I wish i could go back out and help take care of him, but it is not really in the cards, I have the time but they dont really have the room for me to stay for any length of time. But he is a grown up now ( always be my baby) I am sure they will manage okay and I can always go out if they do need me.
 
we didnt get to the alternative health show because of this stupid cold. i was really looking forward to it. we are going to toronto on sun and mon for a conference for Hubby's work. Ill get to see our daughter again and maybe go to a gallery show or something and have a nice fancy dinner with hubby after the conference.
