Check in Time

I always make it a habit to check in at 4:30pm now. Had a good thanksgiving lunch with my in laws and their families. It was so nice to have all that food and fun. Did a walk this morning and did a walk after the food also :-) No lies today either. Was tempted to say that I didn't have work, but I was able to tell her the truth today! Yes! Feeling great and will keep up the habit!
